Attendees will also gain deeper biological insights into rare cancer types. This year’s meeting will be a one-day hybrid event, with the option to attend either in person or virtually.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eThis year’s award recipient is Dr. Esther Oliva, member of the Department of Pathology, Director of the Gynecologic Service at Massachusetts General Hospital, and Professor at Harvard Medical School. Dr. Oliva was born in Barcelona, Catalonia (Spain), and trained under three of the world’s most renowned gynecologic pathologists: Dr. Robert E. Scully, Dr. Robert H. Young, and Dr. Jaime Prat. She completed her training in anatomic pathology at Hospital de la Santa Creu i Sant Pau (Barcelona) and Massachusetts General Hospital.
