With the beta releases of the 5th editions of both the Head and Neck and Endocrine World Health Organization (WHO) Classifications of Tumors in 2022, several new concepts and entities have arisen and still remain challenging. Furthermore, since the publication of WHO 5th edition, several provisional entities and concepts have emerged making it difficult to adapt these new changes into practice.
