Enhance your ability to manage the complex medical, neurological, and psychiatric needs of older adults by gaining practical, interdisciplinary skills through expert-led lectures and hands-on workshops tailored for primary care and diverse clinical settings.

This five-day course provides an authoritative update on the specialized clinical management of older adults. The focus is on common clinical problems encountered in primary care practice. The program incorporates the knowledge and skills of many disciplines needed for effective management of medical, neurological and psychiatric illness in the older adult. Lectures are complemented by small group workshop sessions that emphasize practical approaches to complex problems of a geriatric population in a variety of settings, including office practices, hospitals and nursing homes. Target audience includes all medical professionals seeking training in the care of an older population.
